We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel right at home! The breakfast was delicious, and we loved how many options there were to choose from. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

the location was excellent with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great addition to our city break.
The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard, with dirty bedding and chairs that were not properly cleaned. the inability to pay with foreign credit cards was an inconvenience and the broken shower switches were unpleasant.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay. The location was convenient for us to access transportation easily. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered during our stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and stained, and the chairs and tables throughout the hotel were dirty as well.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. the location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. Although some rooms had dirty bedsheets, the newer rooms were well maintained.
The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance could improve, as some areas of the hotel were not cleaned properly and had maintenance issues.
